A brother. </li><li>Practice stillness—meditate on Scripture and God’s promises.</li><li> Join safe, brotherhood-based spaces like men’s prayer groups or wellness workshops. </li><li>Don’t suffer in silence. Healing begins when you speak. </li></ul><hr><h3 id="7a746c13-191b-438c-a365-dc409f8d6078" data-toc-id="7a746c13-191b-438c-a365-dc409f8d6078">🍽️Eat Like Your Life Depends On It—Because It Does </h3>Fast food, late nights, stress eating—it’s common, but it’s costly. What you eat either fights disease or feeds it.
